Event FAQs

  • You'll create your own ocean-inspired artwork using Blue Crush Artist’s signature textured techniques.

    Depending on the event, you'll paint a vibrant 3D canvas piece using sculptural mediums, wooden planks or surfboards, or a dreamy glass piece using handcrafted paints and tools.

  • Absolutely! Our classes are beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step. No experience needed—just bring your creativity and good vibes.

  • Our 3D canvas classes involve textured paint (often made with natural materials like sand and marble powder) to create sculptural depth on canvas. Glass painting classes focus on layering color and light for dreamy, translucent effects on glass. Both are immersive and fun in different ways!

  • Most workshops last between 2 to 3 hours, including setup, instruction, and dry time.

  • Your ticket includes all materials (canvas or glass, paints, brushes, tools), expert instruction, and food and drink discounts.

    Some events may include a complimentary drink (varies by venue), complimentary snacks, swag bags, or themed treats!

  • We provide everything you need! That said, we recommend bringing an apron, old shirt, or blanket to protect your clothes—things can get deliciously messy.

  • Item Yes! Your masterpiece will be ready to take home at the end of the event. Make sure to give it adequate drying time before touching the paint directly (1-2 days).

  • Yes! We love hosting birthdays, corporate team builds, bachelorettes, and creative brand activations. Email anna@bluecrushartist.com to plan your custom Blue Crush experience.

  • We get it—life happens! If you can’t make it, let us know at least 72 hours in advance for a credit to a future class. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable due to prep time and materials.
